This document explains who is responsible for the data collected through gierazi.pl, why we collect it and what rights you have.

We collect data in two situations.
When you complete the contact form we process your name, e-mail address, optionally your company name, and the content of your message. We do this in order to reply to your enquiry and to conduct business correspondence with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and, if the conversation leads to a business relationship, steps taken prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
When you visit the site, our server records standard technical data including IP address, browser type and time of visit. This is necessary to keep the site secure, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If you consent to analytics, we also use the tools described below, on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function and to remember your consent choice. These always run and do not require consent.
Analytics are activated only after your explicit consent. Until you give it, no analytics tool is loaded. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting cookies in your browser settings. Where Google Analytics is used, data may be transferred to Google Ireland Limited and in some cases outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Data may be entrusted to providers of technical services, in particular our hosting and e-mail provider and, subject to your consent, providers of analytics tools. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
We keep form correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter, and then for the limitation period of any potential claims. Where a business relationship arises, data related to settlements is kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.

Providing data in the form is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we will not be able to reply. We do not make automated decisions and we do not use profiling.
If the way we process data changes, we will update this document and publish the new version at the same address.
